Roblox currently exposes two enabled badges for the exact experience: one for completing the game and one for completing the special-leaf collection.
The official badge records do not list a third badge, exact collectible locations, multiplayer credit rules, award delay, or a hidden trigger formula. Use the current in-game journal and Roblox badge state for confirmation.
Official description: “You found the Secret Ending by completing the game!”
The badge record supports completion as the goal; the official experience description separately connects 100% with the secret ending. It does not publish every trigger detail.

No official source says they are the same. Roblox describes Leaf Collection as finding all special leaves, while the experience description links 100% to the secret ending.
